Yoga can help develop increased flexibility, strength, endurance, better posture, as well as an overall feeling of well being.  During this series, you will be guided through classic poses (asana) and focused breath (pranayama). Restorative yoga is defined as “a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of props.
