Get a total body workout from the inside out!  Good balance and core strength help prevent injury.  A strong heart improves the quality of life. Accomplish this through mat exercises, basic yoga poses and emphasis on proper posture.  Build muscle strength through heart training using step aerobics, planks, elastic bands and weights.  Appropriate for all levels.

This class includes 60 minutes of non-stop integrated Pilates movement followed by 30 minutes of stretching and relaxation. The class lends itself to work with beginners while challenging the most advanced participants. Pilates Sweatshop enhances the teaching of Joseph H.
