RAS GENERAL INFORMATION
AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS
Students eligible for a discounted course fee must register by phone at 201-327-2025 the first time in order to be coded as a discounted registration. Current available discounts are:
- Senior Citizen - Any student 60 years of age or older within the current calendar year is eligible to receive a Senior Citizen Discount if one is offered for the course. Seniors must submit proof of age upon registration one time only, in order to be coded as a senior citizen and receive the discount on any current and future courses.
- Employee - Any current employee of the Ramsey school district. Relatives of employees are not eligible for discount. Employees must contact RAS in order to be coded as an employee and receive the discount on any current and future courses.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Visit www.ramseyadultschool.com or call 201-327-2025 after 3:30 pm for updated information. No Adult School classes will meet if the public schools are closed due to inclement weather. In most cases, if there is a delayed opening in the morning, the Adult School will be open in the evening. Classes closed due to inclement weather will be made up, if possible, by adding an extra session at the end of the term or by other means agreeable to the students and teacher.

RAS REFUND POLICY - NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!
No tuition can be refunded for any reason after a course has begun including medical reasons.

Withdrawals at least 3 business days (weekends excluded) before the start of a course will be refunded less a $15 withdrawal fee. Withdrawals less than 3 business days (weekends excluded) before the start of a course cannot be refunded.

If Ramsey Adult School cancels your course, you will receive a full refund by whichever method of payment you originally made.

Please allow 4-6 weeks processing time for check refunds.

Trip refunds: less $15 cancellation fee available ONLY IF TICKETS CAN BE RESOLD.

Classes closed due to bad weather will be made up, if possible, by adding an extra session at the end of the term or by other means agreeable to students and teacher. TUITION POLICY
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. Online or telephone registration require Master Card or Visa payment. Mail or walk-in registration payable by check, cash or credit card. Make checks payable to "Ramsey Adult School". A returned check results in a handling fee of $25.

RAS offers over 300 courses online in partnership with ed2go, a leader in online learning. With easy catalog access and registration through the RAS website, this is your opportunity to learn online in the comfort of your home or office at your convenience.
Overview
- You will be granted access to two lessons each week on Wednesdays and Fridays, for 6 to 8 weeks.
- You can ask questions and receive advice at any time during the course.
- Classes are offered in 8 categories as indicated under Online Courses.
- Class description and syllabus are available by clicking on the course name on our website or on the ed2go.com/ras website.
- Upon successful completion of the course, you will be able to download a certificate of completion (this is not a degree).
- On-line course fees start at $99. Certification courses vary.

Upon Registration Receive
- A confirmation email from Ramsey Adult School.
- A class activation email from ed2go which, upon your activation, will direct you to the www.ed2go.com/ras site where you will create a login and password (must different from your RAS login & password). This procedure will enable you to log into your classroom on or after the start date of your class. Note: You cannot log into your classroom until the actual start date of your class.
